Charles Collins M.D. along with Dr. Fredric J. Kelley III, O.D., their staff and friends opened Eye Care for Rhode Island on September 7, 2011. Carlos R, DeFreitas joined the practice in 2013. Dr. Bryan of Janigian Retina Associates also provides care in the office.
The Office Manager is Nerry Terpening. The clinical team is managed by Melissa, Certified Ophthalmic Assistant with assistance from Maria and Brittney, both Certified Ophthalmic Assistants. They are supported by ophthalmic assistants Kelsey, Courtney and Candice. The front office is managed by Debbie, and assisted by Lorna, Susan, Trisha and Jen. The billing department is managed by Jen, Certified Biller with support from Trisha. The optical department is managed by Janetta, Licensed Optician and assisted by Katie, Licensed Optician and Trisha, optical assistant.
